We don't currently offer returns, but we're dedicated to your satisfaction! If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us right away. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund and guide you through the return process. By purchasing from our website, you agree to this policy. - Order processing cutoff is at noon M-F, any orders received after will be processed the following day.
- We do not ship during all major holidays.
We currently only are shipping FedEx Ground. If you need the package earlier, please reach out to customerservice@behappysnacks.com to see if we can help expedite your order.
- FedEx Ground: $6.99 Flat Rate
We only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia, but hope to expand that soon!
Check the tracking history for any notes from the carrier (e.g., "Left at Front Door"). If you still can't find it, contact UPS (1-800-742-5877) or FedEx (1-800-463-3339). If you live in an apartment complex or office building, check with neighbors, the front desk, property manager, or mail room. Please note, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages.
If you would like to cancel your order, please reach out on our contact page at the bottom of our website with your name and order number within 1 hour, and we will have this processed for you.
We can't ship certain products to some U.S. locations, including territories, protectorates, P.O. Boxes, military installations (APO/FPO addresses), and diplomatic posts (DPO addresses).
